Randy, who co-founded EnVue Telematics in 2011, builds partnerships that enhance our ability to provide comprehensive solutions. He spent more than two decades successfully selling, recruiting, managing, and nurturing teams of effective salespeople; establishing and managing indirect sales channels; and strengthening client relationships.

Stepp is responsible for EnVue’s strategic direction. He’s an expert in sales and business leadership and an authority in the transportation and technology industries. He brings more than two decades of consultancy to the Fortune 500 companies. He’s been a lead consultant for national transformation programs, a sales curriculum developer, and a growth strategist.

Susan brings more than two decades of experience in project management, operations, training, and customer service. Prior to co-founding EnVue Telematics in 2011, she served in leadership roles with CL Verify and Telargo, where she was the primary liaison with clients on key matters relating to the use of telematics products and services.

Angel Bennett has over 15 years of experience in DOT compliance, management, and safety. She helps fleets streamline operational processes to boost efficiency within their organizations. Her problem-solving leadership style enables her to deliver top-notch solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction across diverse industries.

Courtney brings more than four years as a fleet solutions consultant. He joined EnVue Telematics as an entrepreneur and now helps small- to medium-sized enterprises succeed. He leverages a wealth of expertise from two decades of business ownership. Courtney’s strategic acumen empowers businesses to achieve and surpass their goals.

Pete has developed a deep understanding of telematics solutions in his 15-year career. His insights into the competitive landscape position him as a leader who drives success for customers and their organizations. With extensive experience in sales, marketing, and relationship management, Pete consistently exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Gwen has been in the transportation industry for over a decade and is results-driven and growth-focused Marketing Executive with extensive experience in leading high-impact marketing strategies, including enhancing brand visibility, implementing targeted social media campaigns, accelerating lead generation, launching new product lines, managing corporate communication, building distribution networks, and increasing market reach. Gwen lives in Tallahassee Florida.

Tyler, Comes to us with 15 years’ experience and is a highly skilled internet marketer and search engine optimization expert with a mission to drive targeted traffic and ensure businesses achieve objectives. Specialized in crafting innovative strategies to optimize online presence, boost brand awareness and generate quality leads by leveraging expertise in web design. Committed to delivering exceptional results that exceed expectations. Tyler lives in Jupiter Florida.

As a Sales Manager at Gridline, I lead a team of account executives and business development representatives who sell cloud-based solutions for system-level simulation, CAD, CAE, and BIM to various industries. I have over 10 years of experience in consultative sales, sales management, and business development, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

My mission is to help clients optimize their engineering processes, enhance their product performance, and reduce their costs and risks. I leverage my background in music teaching, which taught me how to communicate effectively, listen attentively, and adapt to different learning styles and needs. I also have extensive knowledge and experience in telematics, which enables me to understand the challenges and opportunities of the transportation and logistics sector, one of Gridline’s key markets.
