What Is Sourcewell?
Formerly known as the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA), Sourcewell is a self-sustaining government agency that serves as a national cooperative purchasing organization. The Minnesota state legislature first created the NJPA as a service cooperative. The name change occurred in 2018.
